To return your item, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Hidden-den will make the refund once the excellent condition of the watch, its case or the other item ordered ( clothes etc ) has been verified. If the returned item is not in perfect condition, Hidden-den does not make the refund and will return the watch to the buyer. This right applies only in the event that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the safety piece that activates the mechanism should not be removed.
